SNETPA is proud to announce the purchase of our new weight TRANSFER SLED. We'll be refurbishing it over the winter for the 2010 pulling season
About S.N.E.T.P.A.
The Southern New England Truck Pullers Association, Inc., was founded in 1983. The club was formed to bring together people that like to truck pull.
What is truck pulling?Truck pulling is a competition sport. The drivers and trucks are grouped into classes by weight. The trucks are hooked up to a sled that is weighted down with cement blocks. The driver will drive their truck down a dirt track to see who can pull the sled the length of the track. The first six places receive trophies or ribbons. The divisions are based on 2 or 4 wheel-drive, motor size and truck weight.
